- Open Settings > Apps > Mail > Accounts (or Settings > Mail > Accounts in older versions of iOS)
- Select Add Account
- Select Exchange
- Enter your email address (and an optional description below, your company name for example) and press Next
- Press Sign In
- If asked - select Work Account
- Enter your Microsoft Office 365 password when prompted
- If this is your first sign in, Microsoft will require additional security setup. Follow the on-screen instructions EXACTLY to install and set it up. Otherwise continue to next step.
- Enter the authentication code in Authenticator app on your phone
- Approve the next screens and press Save
