We can provide remote support, but that requires that you open TeamViewer. In most cases you will find it in your Applications folder, but if it's not there, follow these steps to install TeamViewer:
- Go to https://get.teamviewer.com/galqs
- Download the app
- Open TeamViewer QuickSupport
- Send us your User ID and password
