How to contact support

• On your Mac
  Select Email IT Support from the Peanut menu (see pic below)
• Email
  Probably the easiest - send an email to support@gal.co.uk 
• Web
  Go to https://gal.zendesk.com - here you can browse articles that may relate to the problem you have. You can also update your profile details, provide alternative email address and upload a photo which we highly encourage!!!

When you create a ticket, an email message and an iPhone alert are sent to all agents. No need to CC us in the email.

You can still use phones, email or ichat if you prefer, any feedback is welcome.
